Trustee / Trust Deed and Rules

Holcim Super is part of the Harwood Superannuation Fund. The Trustee is Harwood Nominees Pty Limited (ABN 70 001 216 208, AFSL 240614). The Trustee Board is governed by the Trustee's Constitution and is made up of 8 Directors. Half of the Directors are elected by members and the other half are appointed by the three Plan Employers.
